I - Just for today, I will not be angry.

Anger, resentment and holding grudges toward others creates serious blockages in one's health and positive energy flow and joy. It is the most destructive, complex inner enemy. Letting go of anger, forgiving self and others with understanding and compassion brings Peace into the Mind and heart.

II - Just for today, I will not worry.

While anger deals with past and present events, anxiety and worry deals with future ones. The future is open and full of positive, creative potential, release all trauma and gather strength to bravely live your best life possible. Letting go of worry, brings Healing into the Body.

III - Just for today, I will be grateful.

Gratitude for this precious life, all of the many blessings, love and appreciating what we have takes away all grasping, desire, poverty, loneliness and feelings of want. Being thankful, even just for simple things like a walk in the sun, brings Joy into the Spirit.

IV - Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

We leave the legacy of the imprint of who we were, what we do, and so many lives touched. Treat yourself, your friends, acquaintances, co-workers and your family respectably, without ever harming others. If hurt or harm occurs, correct it at once. Earn a respectable living, live a life of honor, integrity that you can be proud of. Working honestly brings Abundance into the Soul.

V- Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.

See every being’s true nature as pure and full of potential and love. Honor our friends, parents, teachers, elders and harm no living being. Being Kind brings Love into our Intention.
